Update from Anglian Water on the water pipe installation work along the A43

Anglian Water started the work installing 6km of new water pipes along the A43 in May. This work necessitated the closure of both public footpaths leading from the village to the A43

Their Team is making good progress. So far they have installed 1.2km of new water pipes. They are on track to complete this project by the end of October 2021. They will be drilling their new pipe under the A43 and Holcot Road this week.

To ensure the safety of their workforce and the public the 30mph restriction on the A43 and the Public Footpaths will be continue to be closed until the end of the project.
